Recognizing that everyone's time is valuable and the appointment time is limited, we ask that you provide a 24hr notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. Cancellations under 24hrs are 30% of the services scheduled. No show will be charged 100% of the scheduled services. If you fail to confirm your appointment, via text confirmation, email confirmation, or phone call prior to your appointment, we reserve the right to cancel and charge the amounts listed here. Flawless Beauty by Jojo reserves the right to charge full price of the service booked for any appointment that is NOT CANCELLED within 24 hour advanced notice. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any products or services. No Exceptions. This includes your non refundable deposit for all consultations. Thank you for your anticipated cooperation.
